We have a standard model, we can also make it according to an individual order - choose the desired size, wood, interior.

Applications:

All what is needed for the house is a level base or foundation so that the structure can stand upright and even. You also need a wide and good access to your yard during unloading.

To start operation of the Mario house, you will need to take care of the electricity connection, the connection of the water hose and the sewage pipeline system.

UAB SPA EUROPE does not perform electrical installation, plumbing work in your yard, but it is an easy job for a qualified local electrician and plumber.

The house is delivered in the following forms:

Assembled house in warehouse - the price includes assembly in warehouse and painting the product with the oil paint color of your choice.

For easier delivery and installation, the house can be divided into two parts: 2 m and 4 m.

Payment and production time:

A 50% deposit is required before production and the rest of the payment before delivery. According to invoices, we accept cash, bank transfers, paypal.

Production time 6-12 weeks. The term depends on the production load.

Delivery time and costs:

Delivery time depends on distance and location. Please ask individually.

The price depends on the distance. The cabin leaves from the city of Kuršėnai. If delivery is required from our side, ask about the price individually. Lifting/loading equipment is absolutely necessary for unloading.

Warranty and return policy:

The warranty is valid for the structure of the frame house for 2 years. The manufacturer's warranty is not valid for electrical appliances, furniture and other goods that are not manufactured by UAB SPA EUROPE.

Before the delivery, photos are sent to the customer by e-mail or the product is inspected live in the production warehouse. After delivery, quality claims can be made within the first 14 days. The house is non-returnable unless there is a major manufacturing defect.

Colors and shades vary on different device screens, so color claims are not accepted.
