Applications:

If you choose a wood-burning stove, then chimney, heat-resistant plate and stones are included in the set. You can choose the hot water capacity only if you choose a wood-burning stove.

All the sauna structure needs to stand upright is a level base and good access - a driveway into your yard.

Electrical installation (only applies to electric heater configuration). There is an electric plug at the sauna. If the stove is 3.5 kw or 4.5 kw, the electrical input can be single-phase, but if the stove is 6 kw or more, a three-phase electrical input is already required. UAB SPA EUROPE does not carry out electrical installation work from your house to the sauna, but it is an easy job for a qualified local electrician.

The delivery of the sauna takes place in the following ways:

1) Selected sauna (flat pack) - the price includes the selected sauna, placed in a special box (on a pallet) together with instructions for assembling the sauna. The price does not include installation of the sauna in your yard and painting of the product.

2) Assembled sauna in the warehouse - the price includes the assembly of the sauna in the warehouse and painting the product in the color of your choice. 3) Assembled sauna in your yard - The price of assembling each sauna in your yard is an individual order and depends on: transportation distance, access to your yard, and other conditions. Sauna painting works are not carried out in the client's yard, because the weather may be cool, humid and other unfavorable conditions that will not allow the sauna to be properly painted/impregnated right away. Delivery costs and time:

The price depends on the distance and location. If delivery is required from our side, ask about the price individually.

Lifting/loading equipment is absolutely necessary for unloading. Exception - lifting/loading equipment is not required if the product is delivered in flat pack and assembled by the Spa Europe team. However, helpers are needed to load the chosen sauna in parts and take them to the sauna assembly place. Delivery time depends on distance and location. Please ask individually.

Payment and production term:

A 50% deposit is required before production and the rest of the payment before delivery. Payment is made according to the invoice in cash, bank transfer, paypal or bank card and cryptocurrency in the online store.

Production time 2-8 weeks. The term depends on the production load.

Warranty and return conditions:

The warranty for the construction of the sauna is valid for 2 years. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to electrical devices such as LED lighting or lamps. Photos are sent to the customer by e-mail before delivery or the product is inspected live in the production warehouse. After delivery, quality claims can be made within the first 14 days. Individually ordered saunas are non-returnable, unless there is a fundamental manufacturing defect. Colors and shades vary on different device screens, so color claims are not accepted.
