Mario – a hotel room in nature, installed in a few hours

Mario is a fully fitted timber-frame tiny house, designed as the missing piece of your outdoor retreat alongside a hot tub and sauna. In just 6 × 2.4 m it fits everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bedroom with a panoramic window, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with a rain shower. It arrives fully fitted – on site it only needs connecting to power, water and drainage at a single point.

A layout with no wasted corridors

The three zones are arranged in a line, so no space is lost to hallways. The entrance from the terrace leads straight into the central kitchen / living area, with the bedroom on one side and the bathroom on the other.

• Bedroom – a double bed set against the panoramic window, so you wake up to the view. A pull-out single bed for a child slides out from underneath (sleeps 2 + 1).
• Kitchen / living – oak-plywood units and a black worktop that doubles as a breakfast bar with high stools. Sink, hob, built-in under-counter fridge, under-cabinet LED lighting and a window above the worktop.
• Bathroom – behind a sliding door. Wall-hung Cersanit WC with concealed frame, 900 × 700 mm shower with rain head, vanity basin, round LED mirror, window and mechanical extract.
• Terrace – 2.6 × 1.4 m in impregnated timber, room for a table and chairs, 2 LED wall lights.

Scandinavian minimalism

Outside: dark matt vertical cladding and large glass surfaces. Inside: light natural timber, oak and black accents (worktop, taps, fittings). Mario uses the same materials and colours as our hot tubs and saunas, so all three look like one set in your garden.

Warm, dry and built to last

The frame is Scandinavian C24 structural timber and the walls are insulated with 100 mm Paroc stone wool. The wall build-up follows the “tighter inside, more open outside” principle: a vapour control layer keeps moisture from showers and cooking out of the insulation, while a breathable windproof membrane and ventilated cavity let any moisture escape. A metal mesh across the whole base keeps rodents out of the insulation – important in rural and woodland settings.

Perfect for

• A guest house or garden annex.
• A place to change, relax and stay over next to your hot tub and sauna.
• Glamping sites and holiday lets – order several identical units.
• A garden office or studio.
• A seasonal second home without a long build.

Technical specifications

Production, delivery and installation

Mario is built in our factory in Lithuania, powered by our own solar plant. All services are installed and tested at the factory, so on site it only needs connecting – installation takes a few hours. At 2.4 m wide it travels fully assembled on standard road transport without special permits; lifting equipment is needed for unloading. Mario is delivered fully assembled only, so the site must be accessible for the truck and crane. Delivery is quoted individually by distance.

We can adapt the layout to your plot: turn the bed lengthways (version without the pull-out bed) or move the panoramic window to the front wall. Get in touch and we will help you plan the whole retreat – cabin, hot tub and sauna.
